Sacra Liturgia Conference PackSacra Liturgia 2013 is a non-residential conference. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and meals in Rome (It will be possible to opt into a buffet luncheon on the three full days of the conference).

Registration Types

Ordinary Registration: €150,00 (Full conference pack and materials, attendance at all conference events and morning and afternoon coffee breaks. No meals or accommodation included.)

Student registration: €100,00 (Full conference pack and materials, attendance at all conference events and morning and afternoon coffee breaks. No meals or accommodation included). Student registrations must be accompanied by a clear copy of current student identification or an official letter from the student’s educational institute verifying current student status.

Cancellations

Cancellations before April 2013 will receive a full refund, less the cost of sending the refund.

Cancellations in April or May 2013 will receive a refund less €50,00 and the cost of sending the refund.

Cancellations in June 2013 are not entitled to any refund.

Luncheons

Please note that all luncheons must be booked in advance.

Registration fees may be sent to the Sacra Liturgia 2013 account by bank transfer, or by post to the Sacra Liturgia Secretariat (cheques should be made payable to “Sacra Liturgia 2013” and should be drawn on a French bank). Arrangements can be made with the Secretariat to make payments by Paypal.

All bank or other fees for money transfers or foreign cheques must be met by the registrant. Please verify the costs with your bank in order to avoid having to send further amounts after your initial transfer. Because of very high bank charges in France we do not recommend sending cheques that are not drawn on a French bank.

Upon receipt of your registration form and also of the amount due (as well as verification of student status where necessary) the Secretariat will confirm your registration by email. Please allow at least two weeks for this, especially where the postal service has been used.
